The FOB (Fecal Occult Blood) test is an in-vitro immuno-chromatographic assay for qualitative detection of human hemoglobin (hb) - haptoglobin (hb-hp) complex in feces. The One Step OB combo test employs a unique combination of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies to selectively identify human hemoglobin and hemoglobin (hb) - haptoglobin (hb-hp) complex in test samples with a high degree of sensitivity. The test sensitivity for hb is 25ng/ml and hb-hp is 25 ng/ml.
